Since the beginning of the full-scale war on February 24, the ASTEM Foundation, one of Ukraine’s leading social development foundations, launched a humanitarian project to respond to emergency and long-term needs resulting from military aggression in Ukraine.

Jointly with the Mejlis of Crimean Tatar People, ASTEM Foundation set up a Coordination Center in Lviv to provide aid to internally displaced people in need.

Since then:
1. More than 3,000 people were evacuated from the occupied territories to Turkey, Romania, and the Czech Republic.
2. 300 tons of products were distributed among IDPs and local communities.
3. 20 tons of medicines and hygienic means were transferred to the Institute of the heart of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Oncology hospital, and the hospital in Mykolayiv.

ASTEM is in close cooperation with international partners from more than 6 countries.
